これから起業をするという人のために、僕が会社を始めてから最初に起こったことを書いておく。それは、いきなりの大成功でも、堅実な利益でも、多少注目を浴びたことによる恍惚感でも、ビジョナリーでもない。ただの「閉塞感」だ。会社を始め、サービスを始めて、それで世界は少しでも良くなっただろうか？周りがちょっと注目しているだけじゃないか。思うようにいかないと悩んでいる間も資本金は少しずつ減っていく。何より怖いものは、僕らは閉塞感だと学んだ。問題が大きすぎて、最初に抱いていたビジョンを忘れてしまうことだと学んだ。方針転換や撤退に対する覚悟も大事だと悟った。なによりチームの粘り強さと、仲間と知恵を絞って解決に努めること、少しずつ前進して組織にノウハウを貯めていく必要があると思った。
